I took swedish bitters(alcohol free) 4 x a day,and apple cider vinegar(eden's brand) 2 tablespoon 4 x a day...4-6 days before the flush.But i didnt take either one the day of the flush!
Its supposed to loosen up the stones,making for better flush results.Also..you can you chinese bitters instead.
