This flush wasnt a flush at all and its my fault..
I knew a few of the things I ate yesterday was probably a no-no.
I will not even tell you what I ate as I am embarressed..LOL

I will not count this flush at all!!!

I may try it again on Thursday night...

KJ I have had successful flushes actually all have produced stones except this last one.
Its just they did not all make me feel healthy and great and energetic like I would like...


Hummm...Okay I had my first flop!!!

By the way I have been so busy I have not spent much time on here latley..

Where is my raider buddie NET and also Blueduck?????
