I bought this book, called "The Liver Cleansing Diet". It is supposed to be really good for the liver and even dissolve stones over time. I haven't stayed on it because it seems to be unrealistic at this point in my life with all the cooking that is entailed. I just don't have the money nor the time. Anyone ever go on this diet, if so did it help you?
