And, I forgot...but Stonehedge, after his no- Epsom Salt flush, drinks a mug of hot water upon rising. Then drinks a glass of prune juice every half an hour up to 4 cups. He says this works for him - he ends up with lots of bm's and out the stones come!! I'm thinking you should scrap the ES and do everything as usual....but take prune juice in the morning.

Oh...and enjoy the yummy juice...mmmm mmmm!
