Hi Sontan! My 5th flush will probably disprove what I'm going to say...but so far out of 4 flushes, the 1st and 4th were the best (no nausea). My first flush was at the end of The Master Cleanse Fast. My last flush was at the end of a 2 1/2 day Apple Fast. Could be that a little detoxifying first really pays off? Next time I will try just a Day and a half apple fast and see if that works well. Amazingly, I didn't get the least bit sick of apples....and bought many varieties to choose from...kept well hydrated with warm water too...
