Just thought I'd post and let you guys know I flushed last night, again.Thats no 10.(of the series)
I've been meaning to try the whipping cream flush so last night I did it. Did the organic apple juice for two days,with regular eating the first day and only carbs until 2:00 on Friday. I gotta tell you guys I lo-o-o-ve whipped cream. At about 7:30 I dumped two cups of of whipping cream into the mixer and whipped it up with 1/4 cup of maple syrup.(yummy yum yum) I could hardly wait to eat it. I cleaned half a cantaloupe and settled down in front of the tube for a whipped cream feast.
The first few mouthfulls were soooo good.Then about half way through it started tasting kinda waxy. By two thirds it was so gross I couldn't eat any more. I just layed there like a stuffed turkey. I felt OK though.
Then the gallbladder started working overtime. I could feel it contracting like crazy,I thought "this is working great".
Of course I couldn't leave well enough alone so at 11:00 PM I took 1/2 cup of OO (Olive-Oil) with juice from two lemons. Felt almost sick imediately. Went to bed with a bucket, I think it was just too much fat. I got through the night without ralphing. I was passing stones by seven,and continued until about 12:30. Got about 50-60. Some pretty big ones. Best flush out of the last three. I will definately try this method again, but without the OO, see what happens. (It's saturated fat thats good for you isn't it Ha ha)
So why did I get so many more stones this time?(as "T" would say
hmmmmmmmmmmm)Maybe I opened up a new branch of the liver. (if that makes any sense) Is it possible that part was still plugged and finally let go? Who Knows.

Whipping cream,so many uses!!
