Has anyone heard of using Swedish bitters (natureWorks) to stimulate the liver/gallbladder before or during a flush. I feet that my system is to sluggish to complete a cleanse and heard that the bitters gently stimulate overall function.
It also contains Myrrh which I've been told addresses parasites.I started using them a couple of weeks ago and at first I felt better then began to experience a chronic dull discomfort in my gallbladder area and was afraid that I somehow aggravated this.
I'm afraid of bringing on an attack so I backed off on use. Now I wonder if I should resume and combine this with the olive oil and lemon juice.
Any comments? Chrysalis
