Hi guys! Last night was my first flush! I don't know what I did wrong, but I bought the darkest most expensive olive oil I could find at the healthfood store thinking it would be the right thing. I don't know if I burned my throat out on the magnesium sulfate in water, but when it came time to drink the grapefruit juice and olive oil, it burned like hell! It tasted like being at the beach; when you get knocked over by a huge wave and get sand and saltwater in your throat. It hurts! I thought maybe the grapefruit was too acidic. So I squeezed another grapefruit and poured another glass of oil, but this time did not mix them. The juice was fine. The oil burned going down! Is that normal, or did I buy the wrong oil? It was the extra virgin cold pressed kind.
