I'm sure Linda understands:) I did a similiar typo when responding to that post about Dr. Clark.

I was thinking about the hypoglycemia issue and I'm pretty sure there is something about it in the liver Flush FAQ pages too. I think there are different degrees of hypoglycemia too. I'm much better than I was say...2 years ago. She may find she needs to do more or less of the spacing of the food. I think keeping from getting ill during the flush is more important than staying on a "diet". So when I started working on what to do to keep from getting sick I wasn't worried about keeping it low carb. I only low carbed it after I figured out that if I would slowly space out the sips of coke or juice it would keep my Sugar from plummeting.
