I had one before and after my first 3 flushes with 6 months in between. 281 down to 179 without much other lifestyle changes besides incorporating more fruits and vegetables into my diet. Since the last was about 7 months ago I'm thinking about checking again since there have been 5 more flushes and some other cleansing going on.
