Flouride, a by product of aluminum, as well as aluminum, cannot be taken into a human body in any way if there's the presence of silicon at same time you're taking it in, and also, when not taking in flouride you can take silicon and aluminum and flouride will come out in the urine, .. get some from jarrow formulas it's called BioSil, as for Chlorine? no idea, but Thryomin from youngliving.com will cleanse a thyroid, but personally I'd just stick to beets and asparagus juiced 50/50 for that, good luck
