Hi Lisa!

Just wanted to thank you for some very informative articles. I'm always interested in learning more about this subject (which we are all infatuated with, huh?)

Knowing that I am doing some things right and that many of my dietary habits in the past probably helped me bring this problem on myself is wonderful. Now I can make sure that I don't continue in the same bad habits, and I can continue to take positive steps in the right direction.
