If you are aware of toxins backing up, you might try a coffee enema. I have had very good results with this--even seem to head off a gall bladder attack (you never know how severe they might be so don't know for sure yet if this was the real element that held the last two off...)Definitely effective for pain relief and headache from toxins, etc.
