Coptis increases function in the spleen.It's all tied to the gallblader. I love the GCG because as you say it seems to relieve the pressure. I am using it now to try to loosen up more stones.I think I still have a big stone that I would like to get out, but I don't know if it's calcified.I don't think it will hurt anyway. The prodct I use the most is her bitters. I use them on a regular basis.
