Hi!

To answer the one question: just don't take any Clarkia or any of your other herbs on the day of the liver flush, and you should be fine. (It's difficult to know how the interaction of all the herbs will affect the flushing process, so for that one day, avoiding any stimulating herbs is usually a good idea.) P&B shakes and lemon drinks should be OK (don't do any after 2:00 PM, or whatever the instructions of your prefered flush tell you).
