I bought this plastic kids type cup...it has a screw on lid and on the side you can measure in in cups.

Whatever I mix up...P/B or Olive-Oil and Grapefruit juice...I use that cup.

It makes it really easy to shake up whatever I am mixing...it mixes up really well and makes it easy to drink.
