I have taken Vitamins all my life...daily multi vitamin...the super duper kind from GNC...also a B-100...which is a super duper B vitamin...

What I hope is happening is I have read a lot about people with too little bile....we get indigestion so we take antacids which only compounds the problem....I have read where 40% of us and 60% of those over 60 suffer from too little bile in their digestion of food.

So the liver gets backed up from this bile congestion, it can't do it's job...and then it is compounded by the mal-nutrition, and the problems that develop in the colon from the undigested food that it packs away.

Just my amateur opinion....but I am a believer...that is for sure.
