Wow, Samantha! So...what did your stones look like? What colour? How many-ish? You are on your way!! yay!

Why did you take salt water after your grapefruit/olive oil and coke? (I've never heard of that before)

I guess next time dont' gulp down so much water in the morning. Make sure you'll well hydrated the day before and the day of.

I threw up once a few hours after I had drunk the grapefruit/olive oil (are you really shaking it up in a jar? because it DOES emulsify, so it's not oily...but I'm pretty sure you have to use freshly squeezed pink grapefruit for the best taste/consistency) - and I threw up a lot of the oo/grapefruit (looked the same coming out as going in)...and I STILL got out stones!

Anyway..thanks for the update! Make sure to post your next results!
