I hate to play Devil's advocate re: green tea. I came across this and again thought it would make a good read. Read and draw your own conclusions and please don't shoot the messenger.

For me, research like this only underscores the importance of moderation and balance in all things in life, not excessiveness, and not total absitance. I enjoy green tea and even black tea in moderation.
