I hate to sound stupid but I've been doing many things to clean up my health and part of it has been doing a Colon Cleanse with Colonix. Part of their system is drinking an herbal tea at night which has a laxative affect in the morning. Doing this system is the first time in my life I've ever drank tea.

I guess what I'm really trying to figure out is, do people generally drink tea just to relax (like the warm feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you drink hot chocolate), or do most people drink tea for a theraputic reason? Can someone give me an idea?
