Kombucha doesn't taste the same way all the time. I get a sparkly Apple Cider taste a lot of the time. When you bottle it into smaller bottles after brewing and add raisens, dried fruit or Lemon peel, it tastes really different.. Drinking Kombucha tea is having a very enjoyable drink, not just something to drink because it is good for you...

Just my opinion
