I agree with you on the green and white teas. I've been reading more about it lately and I bought some White Peony which I love the taste of. I use these teas, including the Pu-erh to make my Kombucha Tea and it gives it a mellow flavor. I have tried these teas alone hot and cold. Pu-erh makes a wonderful iced tea.

I do know that the older the Pu-erh the better it is and I try to get the oldest I can.
