Hey there Kath!(My little sister has the same tag)...

I am currently taking Threelac & have talked to Mark previously they sound like compassionate,knowledgeable individuals. Just curious are you a "Candida Head" too? Have you tried any of these cleanses? I was thinking of a parasite/bowel combo. Is there somewhere on this site that tells you in detail how to follow the cleanse & all the materials involved? I see tons of posts about them but have yet to find one that describes the cleanse in detail! Any light shed would be a bonus!
