I have a book called "The Herb Book" by John Lust ND, D.B.M.
In this book it has over 500 of the most popular herbs. It goes into to detail with botanical names, uses, preparations, including teas, tinture, poultice etc. It is a great book, and so very useful and full of information all in one book!
