If i refrigerate herbal teas, will they still be effective? Let's say i prepare some tea for kidney or liver cleansing. Can i refrigerate them, or do you have to drink them hot for the full effect? I don't really like drinking anything hot, lol. If i can't put it in the fridge, then how long can i let it cool down before i drink it?
