I find the #1 formula works great. I have never been able to take the #2 five times a day. Two times a day will plug me up.
I did try Sonne's #7 liquid Bentonite clay. I got better results then the Schulze #2. I then tried an experiment using the #2 formula.
Instead of mixing it in water and drinking right away, I let it soak for about 30 to 45 minutes. It worked better for me that way.
