Magnolia,
Could you please list the directions for fermenting. I found directions that were not as detailed as I would have hoped and somewhat confusing with they way they were worded (sorry, I am a Technical Writer and need things explained very clearly).
I read all the links, very interesting. I wish this forum had more traffic though.
