Does someone have any help for toxins from allergies to mold. Or any toxic symptoms.

What can I take to alleviate my symptoms til I remove the air conditioner?

Garlic? I don;t know.

I have mold in my air conditioner. It will probably not be pulled out for another few days. How do I stay sane with the itching and crawling skin I now have from breathing the mold in too long? I know it is from the air. I was allergic to mold 3 years ago and cleaned all the mold out and my system calmed down. Now I have smelled it in the blowing air recently and just avoided the issue until the yeast problems started and now the itching.
