I was in bed most of the day b/c I felt like I couldn't move. I am feeling better but not totally back to normal. Unfortunately I can't drink pepermint b/c of my diet but I can use your other sugestion... I'm willing to try just about anything.

I did drink ginger team with Tarmari soy sauce which was my naturopath's suggestion.
