Well...let's see...the liver flush...it's up to you. You can do it any time....make sure you are geared up for it. :o) Just make sure you are using the intestinal #1 all during it. Depending on how many capsules you use to get decent results, right now...just keep doing the same. The key is not to overwhelm yourself....for some it can be "too" much and they just stop everything..(not saying you are one of those people. :o)

Superfood can be taken in anything your heart desires...are you concerned about the sugar, and that's why you are taking it in water? I don't use fruit, unless it's summer and good stuff is available. Just diluted juice. I also have some that take it in tomato juice too...so again, it's your preference.
