Dear Steinman,

I know very little about clay foot
baths. I bought some Bentonite clay,
and have used it once to soak my
feet for 30 minutes. Soon after that, the hurricanes started hitting
us in South Florida, and clay baths,
as well as everything else, were
set aside.

I plan to learn a lot more about it,
including soaking my hands in
pascalite clay and Fuller's Earth to see if it will delete liver spots.
