Stainless Steel is made stainless with Nickel. That is a toxin, and found as a contaminant in many multi-vitamins, with Tin and Aluminum! AARGH! Sticking--pardon the pun--with a plain steel pan sounds great. Where do you get one? Supposedly there is an epidemic of Nickel poisoning as kids are getting pierced with loads of Stainless Steel. God help us!
