Hello.

I just saw a printed version of this message attributed to the National Cancer Institute and sent by a Secretary named Ann E. Rogers.

I really doubt the veracity of all the claims made here. Is there any factual source I can refer to in order to substantiate all these claims especially those regarding the reference to margerine being almost plastic.

While I really have no claims against either butter or margerine I want to educate myself in this respect and provide readers of my newsletter with some factual references as to these claims. Integrity is part of the foundation of my own personality and any thing I put in my newsletter to friends. I have to be able to back up things in my own mind as well as that of my readers.

The response to this article that nicluded the article by Eric Armstrong was really informative but again no link to a source to back up the opinions included therein.
