and a little cautious when I ordered my foot pads...I only put it on one foot at first...both because it was new, and didn't want to overload my body, plus to test it...my right side felt lighter as if something was sucked out of it...that convinced me...the next night I put a patch on my left foot and then I felt balanced again. Since then I have put patches on both feet...
