My husband and I both have nail fungus and we heard about using white distilled vinegar on this forum. We've been doing that religiously for about 3 months but we couldn't tell if the discolorations were improving or not. A nail technician suggested I try using peroxide and since doing that for about 2 weeks, I can tell a definite improvement in the discoloration. My toe nails are definitely whiter than before. Has anyone else ever heard of using peroxid or found it more effective than using white vinegar?
