I was wondering if you or someone could clarify the bowel tolerance dose chart??

The first number is #of grams, and then? there is a dash..is this minimum to maximum amount, then there are 2 more numbers? which refers to doses per hour? For example. ..15-30 grams every 4-6 hours?

The chart is great information but I was confussed on the numbering.
