I believe we are talking about the same Dr. Richard Schutze from California? If that is the case I have done his suggested liver cleanse as well his Colon Cleanse program, I found the liver cleanse easy to do, I did it while at a business convention, it was already my second time, at meal time I went up to my room and prepared my juice, I did bring my juicer with me of course.

I just finished and 8 day lemonade cleanse, I have so much energy that in a way I do not feel I want to go back to food, I might still do it half day tomorrow as way of easing my way back into foods, I am on a raw food life stylewhich means that my body has already been cleansed somewhat during the past 2 years....would you like to hear more about this? I'd love to share more information...I will wait for your request since I would not wish to burden you with information you do not wish to have.
