If you have all those symptoms, and are that far into a MC, don't forget that it might be a big cleansing/clearing... expelling toxins.
I am sure a lot of these suggestions are helpful (especially if your problem is an infection). The Sea Salt or Colloidal Silver solutions to rinse the nasal area, especially.
One more suggestion I'll make is try hot green tea (loose leaves, if possible). This really helps reduce runny nose, red itchy eyes, etc. Hope you feel better soon!
