Thanks for the info. maybe that is the reason, i did not know that you were supposed to do an enema first, etc. Next time i will know.
I have been very fortunate in my life,not to have had any major health concerns.
I try to watch my diet and eat healthy, i make most of my meals from scratch, it is rare for me to buy anything already made up or from frozen section.
At least during those days i was eating apples i was taking in good food.
I did do a salt water flush on the 5th day and that helped with elimination.
I even have my oldest son starting all this health business and i am glad that he is taking advice from me.
He is even starting to notice a difference in his health.
