Nothing special happened, lol. The only reason i did it is because i started on the Cayce/Pagano regimen from the book "Healing Psoriasis", and you're supposed to start it with the apple diet. I had 8 golden delicious apples each day, 3 for breakfast & lunch, 2 for dinner. I was suprised that i wasn't hungry that much.
