I'm currently reading all of the Cayce readings on eczema (almost finished), very interesting. He told a lot of people to have cereal at one of the meals, but he doesn't mention what kind of liquid to take with the cereal. Does anyone know? I'm guessing if it's the kind of cereal you cook, you'd make it with water. But what about the ones you don't cook? Use milk or what?
