hey tracey.......thanks yet again.....I quite like his diet- infact the last couple of times i went to the grocery store- I went only to the fresh fruit/vegetable section- even among the apsteurized juices, i picked up only organic appe juice- no other pasteurized juices. One question- he tells us that we could have 20% food which included grains, cereals erc- but he did not put either of them under breakfasr, lunch or dinner- does it mean he wants us to avoid them completely if we can?

I think i can cope with most of it - but how does one stay out for 1 or 2 hours in this weather. fresh air is soooo cold this season!!
any thoughts?
