I haven't read this book yet as its only just arrived. I listened to Russell on a radio show for 2 hours the other day and I know this guy knows his stuff on Excitotoxins and pollutants. If you want to know whats killing you off and ways to combat it get this 500+ hardback book by Russell. I know alot of people follow what I say here and take it from me this guy is good from just what I heard. I can't wait to read his book! I also suggest people research the work of F.Batmanghelidj.
