"Full Catastrophe Living" by Jon Kabat-Zinn


This book is about meditating.
Dr. Zinn is a cancer pain specialist, and he teaches his patients mediataing to get thru this tough time. Horrible time. The Full Catastrophe.


Its really good. You will be more relaxed, and proud of your new awareness into your minds workings.
