Hello,
I bought this book at last, I found it during my stay in Paris.
The author, Claudia Rainville, is certainly right when she writes that our mind creates a reality and believes in it though life and things, meanwhile, have changed, so your mind is something like a prisoner of old bad or wrong experiences.
I read this book when I felt blue or nervous, and it helped me a lot.
Well, consider that in 4 months I was always in good health, except for 2 days only! It was because I was so happy to live and work in Paris, that I had realized my dream, that my health conditions were good even if I did not always eat healthy meals.
This book is a best seller not only in France but also in Italy.
I recommend it to everybody.
