Have you checked your thyroid?

It turned out when I was trying to find cure for my acne, my new doctor gave me several tests, and one of them was blood test which showed I have low thyroid.

Also my saliva test showed disbalance of estrogen and progesteron.

You might think about doing these tests too.

There is also temperature test to find out if you have low thyroid. Very easy one. Put a thermometer near your bed, in the morning when you wake up, don't move, just grab the thermometer and stick it under your arm for ten minutes. The less you move, the more correct your temperature will be. Do it for minimum 3 days. If your temperature below 97.6, you definitely have low T.

If your tests are OK, do cleansing.
