I don't know about the liver flush, but first would be supporting liver function, and possibly reversing the cirrhotic condition. A study published in 1999 "the Chinese Medical Journal" purported the use of milk thistle extract and an extract of schizandra (HpPro, an analog of natural schisandrin) over a 4 week period. Of the 14 people with cirrhosis in the study, 12 of them had improved liver function, while 4 of them had total normalization.
