re natural hair cair, I can suggest 3 books. Naturally Healthy Hair by Mary Beth Janssen; Clean Naturally by Sandy Maine; The Take Charge Beauty Book by Aubrey Hampton and Susan Hussey. Personally, I just use Dr. Bronner's Liquid Soap (any Variety, I prefer peppermint) as a shampoo and follow up with a rinse of 1/4 Cup organic apple cider vinegar in 1 qt. warm water. If Cream rinse is a must and you don't want to make your own, get a good natural one from a health food store and use sparingly on ends of hair only. good luck and have fun!
