As I recall...aside from Paulette's recommendation regarding the liver...constipation is also a concern with depression. Being dehydrated is also a concern with depression.

Is this person on medications? Seeing a Dr. of any sort? I use all of the above, as well as either my Brain formula and a Depression formula I make. I also use the Bach Flower Essences, as they can be wonderful and do not interfere with anything (meds or herbs) I also use the power of our thoughts and working on finding joy every day, in little ways. Working with each individual, of course, to help them find what works for them. It's all a blessing, for sure.
