Thank you all, I'm going to look up that Snuff recipe since it's now sinus season!
I tried the Echinacea Tincture again this morning in 1/4 tsp amt and was hit again with severe nausea, but it only lasted 10mins this time. I'm going to cut back more and then gradually build back up again, I won't think about thinning it down since I definately need it's effectiveness!
I think this nausea has something to do with a severe "flu" our family caught last year which included 2 days of vomiting. Prior to that we had not had a "flu" with vomiting since a food poisining incident 8 yrs ago! But since last winter I seem to have a much weaker stomach. Maybe I'm still killing off whatever that was.
